I’ve started the V-Diet today and decided to keep a log on the forums for support. I don’t have my measurements and will see about getting them this evening. I am 6’2" and weight in at 255LBS.
I’ve decided I need to trim down for my health and energy. I will 40 at the end of the year and I have a young family (ages 5, 3, and 8 months) that I want to be active with. I’ve also got a contract down on a new house and I don’t want to be huffing and puffing when I’m moving.
The biggest struggle is going to be consistent with the workout and NEPA walks. For example, I was planning to workout this morning but my oldest was up sick for a few hours in the middle of the night, so I slept as late as possible before heading to work. I am about to take a break from my desk and get a walk in, so I can find time here and there.
