Hi Chris, quick question, i’m halfway through the V-Diet program and so far so good. I understand the exercises are specifically created for this program (taken into consideration of diet). Am wondering if it is advisable to continue to use the exercises prescribed in phase 1 after the program for maintenance and if there’s any suggested variations? Thanks in advance
If you’re not already, you could move to the advanced V-Diet training plan. It’s a cool program, even if not on the diet itself.
