After the V-Diet?

So I’m halfway done the V-Diet and am starting to think of what to do afterwards. I’m thinking along the lines of a maintenance program, but not super strict. I just want to maintain as much as possible without having to do another cut until spring time at the earliest. I’ve done the calorie/ratio counting before and I just don’t have the energy to do that right now - it’s just so involved and strict.

Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions of a good program to follow?

Some have suggested Precision Nutrition. I looked up the Eat-Clean Diet Cookbook this weekend. It seems like a good choice too. Looking at those pictures and ingredients was a really good experience.

As for workout, there are many programs on here but also in Oxygen magazine.
