Adjusting Workout Schedule?

I just ordered all my shakes and supplements and will be starting as soon as they all arrive. The only question I had is that I work very late hours and a very hectic job and sometimes I won’t get done till after 10. How detremental is changing the days of the week?

For example, if I start Mon/Wed/Fri, what would happen if the following week I did Mon, got stuck working wed and insted did Thur/Fri back to back?


Back to back isn’t ideal. Basically, you’ll be hitting muscle groups that haven’t even recovered from your previous workout.
