I’m planning on adding Indigo soon and I have a question regarding timing based on what I’m currently doing.
As of right now, I’m starting my workout around 6pm. I’m taking 1 dose Plazma around 5:45, and one dose during. I eat a Finibar (or oats/almond butter/1 scoop whey) around 4:30ish. Postwork out, I’m taking 1 dose of MAG-10 around 8:15pm (my workout is usually around 75 minutes, so taking the Mag-10 about 1 hr post wo).
Given this schedule, what would be most effective timing of adding in the Indigo.
