Adding Coffee, Splenda, or Stevia to Shakes?

I Have recently started the V-Diet and was wondering if it would be ok to add some coffee grounds to the shakes when I blend it to add some more flavor?

Also if it would be acceptable to add a sweetner like splenda or stevia.


Metabolic Drive shakes are already sweetened, but I suppose you could add more non-caloric sweetness if you want. Ideally, don’t. One of your goals should be to kill the sweet tooth, not cater to it.

Adding instant coffee is fine, but remember that you’re adding caffeine and already taking a caffeine-containing supplement (HOT-ROX) so be careful there, or go with decaf.
