I was thinking of adding beans to my stir fry of red onions, green peppers and rutabaga fries. Chris I was wondering if you knew the best low carb bean to eat?
For the most part, don’t sweat the carbs in beans. The fiber count is so high it doesn’t matter too much. Dr. Lonnie Lowery agrees, and so does Dr. Bowden, who’s a pretty low-carb guy.
I use black and red beans usually, but only because I like them.
