Adding a Few Exercises to the Routine

I have a couple of questions:

1)Is it ok if I add a few exercises to maintain neck, and rotator cuff strength ?

2)What can you do if you get a stomach flu on this diet? I know we controlthe meals most of the time, but I am talking about the 1 solid meals a day. If someone else prepared the food and it resulted in a stomach virus do I have to make up for the lost day?

  1. A few non-taxing exercises like that should be fine.

  2. Adding a day to the diet to make up for a “lost” day would be fine, but let your results tell you what to do. At the end of the diet, if you’ve lost 15 or 20 pounds of fat, then you’ll know the one off day didn’t hurt too much.
