I am almost at week three. Can i add creatine at week three. I know that i probably will gain weight. But will this stall my fatloss or have any other negative effects on the diet?
Go ahead add it, I’ve been taking it the whole time while on the V Diet. It will only help.
It won’t stall fat loss, but it may cause some fluid retention, so don’t freak out when you step on the scale.
