About to Start

Well guys, I need to calculate my calories and servings for the time that I’m on the diet. I’ve searched for a spreadsheet that would streamline this for me but none of the sheets I’ve found can actually do that for me. Also, I’m terrible with excel. I just need something that breaks down the shakes by shake. I just don’t know when I should be adding Natty PB and Flax seed meal. Someone help!!
