What would you suggest as an alternative to using the Flamout with the MD liquid meals. I have a fish allergy unfortunately… Thinking flax oil but I know it doesn’t compare to the omega 3 content of the fish oil. Thanks!
I’m 49 and for various reasons have not exercised like I should have. With that and some poor eating/drinking habits lately I’ve become heavier and softer in the last two years. I want to try V-Diet but was wondering if it’s possible to use Bodyweight exercises instead of the weights. I’ve never done any type of deadlift and am concerned that I might do more harm than good. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Where are the workout & diet logs?? Link in version 3.5.1 isn’t working (page 13)
