I am starting the velocity diet today. I am not overweight, I just want to break bad eating habits (i.e. binging on sweets one or two days a week) and lose a few pounds while doing so. My body does not appear to be responding as before so I want to shock it into losing some excess weight.

I am 5’8.75" and want to reach 130 pounds by the end of the 28 days
