A Note About Beginning Stats


My weight at 183 at the beggining of the diet was probably a bit skewed up, because right before i started the diet i had a hellacious cheat meal. :o)

So although my weight was 183
on that initial monday when i started the diet, my actual weight was probably a few pounds less(after a large cheat meal one usually has a few extra pounds of water weight/ food volume in stomach, right?)


Nothing to worry about.
