Am I posting in the right place?
Just starting the vDiet. Massively overweight and untrained.
I used to lift and be in decent shape. But marriage, dadding, work, and mortal weakness has managed to beat me into a near useless state.
Hopefully this will help jumpstart changing that.
I’ll include pictures at the end if I stick with it.
