5 Shakes Plus Surge?

Well, I received my stuff yesterday and I have started today. At 5’7", here are my starting stats:

Weight - 200 lbs
BF% - 33%
Neck 16"
Chest - 44"
Stomach - 45"
Hips - 41"
Thighs - 22"
Calves - 15"
Upper Arms relaxed - 15"
Upper Arms flexed - 16"

I just have one question right now, on training days, will I be having 5 Regular shakes PLUS the Surge shake, or is Surge replacing a shake?

Surge Recovery is in addition to the shakes. On non-lifting days, you simply leave out the Surge.
