5-3-1 Training with V-Diet?


Thoughts on doing the 5-3-1 program at same time as Velocity Diet?


That should work fine, though remember the V-Diet is a fat loss diet and 5/3/1 is a pure strength program. You usually don’t combine those two. But I think the V-Diet can handle it. Just add the NEPA and the V-Burn bodyweight challenge day for added fat loss.
