Alright, I’ve completed the first 4 weeks of the V-diet lite.
During this period, I wasn’t perfect. I didn’t really do NEPA, there were 3 days that I cheated pretty badly (my birthday weekend, mostly). I customized my own workout plan that was mostly in the spirit of what was written.
However, despite all of this, I’m pretty happy with the results. The change is most noticeable in the “back” pictures. Additionally, the lighting and angles in my bathroom are particularly unflattering - I definitely see muscle in places that were previously mush before the program, especially in my legs (where I tend to store most of my fat)
I’m doing a Bod Pod test tomorrow.
