4 Weeks - Amazed

Another one. The part that pisses me off with this picture is that it was taken at my 10 year class reunion. Sucks more than ever that this is how my classmates that I hadn’t seen for 10 years had to see me. I guess I will have to redeem myself at my 20 year reunion.

This was taken August 12th, 2011. Gotta love the gay cell phone/mirror/self shots. But I am pretty happy with my continued progress. I have recently started the Anaconda 2 protocol and really looking forward to continued progress.

Looking strong!!!

Thanks Chris and KC. I was contacted by fitbie.com yesterday and they are going to do a story on me for msn.com that should be pretty neat. Apparently not everyone can lose 100 lbs?

That is awesome! Congrats on all the hard work!

Though MSN will probably turn you down when you mention you did a ‘protein shake’ diet, and think it is unhealthy and bad for your bones and kidneys. But you never know, good luck!

I pretty much assumed I wouldn’t even mention it, SCOOZE. I realize that what I have done is not really accepted by the general population as healthy. Even though everything in and about my life screams health now.

Thanks DJT. I appreciate that very much. How are you doing? Your results have been amazing!

Taken this morning.

WOW!

You look younger now (in the black sleeveless shirt) then you did at your high school reunion.

How did the article for MSN come out?

Attach a link if you can I would like to read it.

Here is the article. I feel like they left out some important details and didn’t do a good job of explaining how much of a lifestyle change it is to get healthy. They made it sound as though I went on a diet and hopped on an elliptical machine and the pounds melted off. For anyone that has done a transformation like this, we know that it is NOT that simple.

But if it helps motivate someone to make a change it was worth it.

Taken yesterday. Happy with how the Anaconda protocol is working.
