Doin great so far following it to a T. It’s not a waste of time posting nepa I guess unless you do the same thing day in and day out for the same amount of time.

Thats pretty impressive that you keep yourself active and in the gym with the different surgeries and stuff you’ve had to have. I know people who’ve turned into The Bionic Woman (or Man), and refuse to hardly even walk, let alone lift any weights or do anything whatsoever that requires using a muscle except breathe. Very admirable, in my opinion. People could learn a lot from you.

Lisa

Thanks for the kind words. Above all else. I want to be a Real Husband for my wife, a Real Father for my children, and a Real Man for myself. I’ve lived a blessed life, regardless of the challenges and issues which I won’t really get into, not really the appropriate forum.

Anyway, I think I found a weak point in my back. I think maybe my Teres muscles…? Feels like the lateral attachment point to my shoulder blades, extremely sore during last couple sets of chin-ups.

Looking forward to V-Burn. I think I’ll post pics tomorrow or Sunday.

wow your one strong ox!!!

OK, so the V-Burn may not be the 9th Circle of Hell, but if done correctly, I believe they reside in the same neighborhood.
