Nice work!

Now, aren’t you glad you took those “before” pics?

What’s next for you?

I also like that while the scale weight loss was modest (8 pounds), the REAL story is told with the tape measurements: 14 inches lost! This is why I really encourage V-Dieters to take those initial tape measurements.

I just signed up with Shelby!! We’ll see where that takes me, excited about it. Thanks Again Chris!! You deserve a hell of a lot of credit for helping everyone through this for so many years. Your petty Fabulous!

#7

I just <a href="https://twitter.com/#!/ChrisShugart"target=“new”>Tweeted your results!

#8

Oh my! I just saw it, thanks for doing that, makes it even better!

AWESOME! Fantastic effort and amazing results. I really didn’t expect these great results because you sounded like you were getting discouraged near the end with your lack of progress. Pictures do tell the real story. Just think, if you told someone you lost 8.4 pounds over 6 weeks on this program, they’d probably think - okay, that’s a modest amount. But with the measurements and pictures, you have totally transformed your body. Congratulations and keep up the good work!

Thanks hwyheat, on week 3 I was discouraged because I the numbers were almost at a standstill, but pushing through that and week 4, looking in the mirror at my body was one thing I hated doing but in weeks 4-5 I caught a glimpse in the mirror and said wow, things are still happening.

So to everyone else if things slow down numerically, Keep pushing doing what you’re doing don’t change anything just keep following the plan and look in the mirror for changes!

Good advice!

These are AMAZING results! Good for you. So what are you doing with your new body? Walking around the pool allowing guys to drool over you while their wives slap them, mad because they don’t look like you?

Congrats! You are a great success story!

LOL! No I’m walking around a very big pool at Toddler time with my two kids where there’s a bunch of pregnant mommies and little kids, but at least I’m at the pool this year and not hiding!! Actually I’m very shy and am not very comfortable if people do look at me just my nature, it was extremely hard to put before/after pics up and along with the avatar, but I did it because I wanted to motivate other people to do this not to draw attention.

I’m currently signing up with a trainer from this website to keep pushing myself, we’ll see what happens excited though, Good Luck in the future and I’ll keep checking to see more of your fantastic results!

Well I am sure you are getting asked by all of the other mothers what you did, etc. Your results are simply awesome. And who knows, maybe now you WILL be more comfortable with people looking at you.

I understand your reservations about posting your pics. I felt the same way. But I think it is important to show the newcomers to this site that it CAN work, if you work it.

Great job!!! Looking awesome

Just wanted to stop by and say my three best friends (all female) saw your pictures and want to do this diet! I think they all said “WOAH!” at first :stuck_out_tongue: Very impressive results!

I added these pics because I read about people getting discouraged in weeks 2 & 3 of this diet, so these pics are to show when the dramatic changes happened for me. It’s a funny thing like I said in another post as far as scale and measurements, I saw the most changes in the first 2 weeks, as far as body composition changes I saw the biggest changes in weeks 4-6.

Pic #1 is start day

Pic #2 is end of week 1

Pic #3 is right at 3 1/2 weeks

Pic #4 is the finished product.
