3 week Post V-Diet Update w/ Progress Pics

Day 7 weight - 243.4 (-6.2 pounds)

Weigh in again tomorrow morning. Strength has not suffered at all.

Day 15 weigh in right on point. 239.2 pounds. Down 10.4 pounds total. Definitely noticeable. Hitting PRs on 5/3/1 still so not effecting my strength at all. I think the Plazma helps for sure. Here are my week 2 progress pics side by side.

Today is day 18. Everything going along smooth. Weekends are always tough, so happy I only have one more to go! Weigh in is 3 more days. I have not lost any strength at all and I am not hungry.

Day 20. I couldn’t wait so I took a measurement around my waist. 2 inches above my waist I am down 4 inches! 2 inches below my navel I am down 3 inches and at the navel I am down 3.25 inches.

Crushed my workout this morning. Deadlifts were the main movement for 5/3/1 today, followed with front squats, good mornings, ab wheel, and hamstring curls.

Day 21 weigh in. I was unsure about being able to get to same scale tomorrow so this is a day early.

Weighed 235.8 after workout so down 13.8 pounds total!

Down 4.25", 2" above navel.

Day 15 compared to day 21. Difference of 3.8 pounds and an inch around my waist. Strength has not suffered at all.

Meant to update Day 22 weigh in. I weighed in at 233.8 which means I am down 15.8 pounds after 21 full days on the diet.

Today is Day 25. Feeling good. I still can’t believe how well this works. Strength has not suffered, still.

And day 21 compared to today (day 27). I didn’t think I was changing that much this week, but after looking at the pictures it is clear to me that I did.

I also knocked this 445 x 4 deadlift out today on this diet. All reps from a dead stop. Thanks to Plazma for helping me keep my strength. Shiznit works man.

2 week post V-Diet follow up. Weighed 232.6 this morning, so dropped another pound. Also, waist at navel is less than 38" along with the other two spots, so almost another inch lost in all there spots. Neck is 17.5", shoulders are 52.5" and my chest was 45". More inches are being lost and my weight is staying consistent. Good stuff!

I am so stoked about this measurement update. 37" around the navel this morning. That’s 2 more inches since my final measurements around my navel. Down over 6" since March 1. I am almost 3 full weeks post V-diet and the inches keep dropping.

I thought I would post a 4 week follow up on progress. I weighed 233.4 a couple of days ago. I am maintaining my weight since transitioning off the diet 4 weeks ago. I am surprised at this, as I thought I would gain some water weight back. For the first time in forever I measured less than 37 inches around my navel this morning, so fat is still coming off.

My eating habits have certainly changed for the better. Focusing on eating majority of my carbs surrounding my training. I am not so scared of carbs anymore!

7.5 weeks post V-Diet. I am happy to announce I weighed in at 229.2 pounds and hit a 36.5" measurement around my navel! I am down 20.4 pounds since March 1 and nearly 7" around my navel. I should also point out that I am hitting PR after PR and feel like my body is burning every ounce of food I am eating… This diet has changed my metabolism. Thank you, Chris!

In an effort to hold myself accountable and keep those who doubt coming off the v-diet informed of progress I am trying to keep posting once per week.

This morning I weighed in at 228.2 and yesterday I hit a measurement of less than 36" around my navel. This puts me at 21.6 pounds down since March 1, 2015 and on the road to 8" lost around my navel.

I truly feel the V-Diet has restarted my metabolism. I am eating a lot and still losing fat.

I also crushed 435x8 on deadlifts this week. I am getting stronger while cutting. Can’t complain about that!
