28 Day Pulse Fast/V-Diet Alternate Days


Just clocked my weight at 224.4 (binged all summer went from 201 to 224 since mid may )

Going to do alternate day- 1day pulse fast next day V-Diet and repeat for 28 days.

goal- get back to 200 and even lower if possible.


I’d suggest a max of two Pulse Fasts per week, separated by a few days.
