21 Day Habit Breaker Counter

Hey Chris,

You said it takes 21 days our bad eating habits. Sadly, last night on day 18 I over ate approximately 4x the amount of Nut butter recommended. I’ve been completely strict before this relapse. Do I need to reset this “counter”?


Typically, it’s 21 days of “cold turkey.”

But this is just a general pattern when it comes to breaking bad habits and developing newer, healthier ones.

Still, while eating too much nut butter isn’t good, it’s not like you went on a doughnut binge or anything.
