2 Whole Weeks from Original V-Diet?

#1

It’s only 2 pulse fast days per week so how can you get the same results in 2 weeks as you would doing a regular V-Diet for 4 weeks? 2 week pulse/V-Deit results vs. 3 weeks of V-Diet seems more logical. Please explain.

you dont get the same results. you just get really good results in less time.

Please explain what the heck you’re talking about.

I think CS has mentioned that perhaps adding in 2-3 pulse fasts during a 2 week period might give you results close to that of the regular 4 week v-diet, but that’s most likely only for those individuals that are already pretty lean.

I’m doing an experiment with 3 pulse fasts and 2 weeks of V-diet. You may watch my log and gather your own opinion. Nothing beats the V-diet. Every other modification is just that a modification and experiment.

Ye but If say you take in 1,500 calories from protein shakes or 1,500 calories from protein shakes and 1 meal(chicken with veggies) its still 1,500 calories

I’m not sure what you’re trying to say with that Statement. The v-diet isn’t about a caloric number, it’s about breaking bad habits and getting results fast.
