2 Weeks in Velocity Diet

#1

Hi!

I’m starting week 3. I started at 103 kg and now I’m in 95.1 kg.

  1. Would like to know if I would have problem using Clenbuterol during the diet??

That is not needed, semi-illegal, and not as effective as HOT-ROX. And if you mixed the two together, you could cause some serious health issues.

Hi,

This is my 4th week and I feel GREAT !.. Thank you for the diet !!

After the transition… What diet do you recommend: Paleo Diet or Carb Cycling?

Paleo is fine for obese or inactive people. I do not think an experienced lifter can gain much muscle that way however. You need more carbs (though I do think it’s best to get rid of wheat carbs.)

Carb cycling is fine. We have a few articles here with info.

My personal suggestion is to look into Indigo-3G and use it to permanently fix any fat cell issues and dysfunctional nutrient uptake mechanisms. Some of our most successful Indigo users are ex-V-Dieters. The original Indigo article has all the science: <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_article/most_recent/indigo3g_repartitions_nutrients_into_muscle_instead_of_fat"target=“new”>Original Indigo-3G Article
