2 Questions!

Hey guys! If one is using Plazma before and intra workout, I’m guessing the use of caffeine pre-workout is obsolete since the carbs/insulin is shutting down the cortisol ?

Also I was looking into Micro-PA, from what I’ve read in my searches, most people are using it while dieting, but most claim are about gaining strength and mass, wouldn’t it be better to use it while gaining instead of dieting ?


  1. You can still use caffeine pre-workout if you’d like.

2.<a href=""target=“new”>Micro-PA works when dieting or on mass phases. After all, if you can build additional muscle (or at least better retain it) when dieting, then why not do it?

Also I was wondering if you can develop on the thermic effect of the carbs in Plazma/MAG-10, just wondering why those carbs (cyclic dextrin and isomaltulose) are not easily converted into fat compared to other carbs!

Well I’ve read that before ordering the products, I was just looking for more info on why those particular carbs don’t turn easily into fats.

In essence, it is so busy doing the above, it doesn’t have time to transform to fat. There is a long explanation about insulin, disaccharide, absorption rate, etc. But I just like my simplistic answer. Maybe shoot TC a howler!
