I just finished my first week of the V-Diet, and am happy to say that I have lost 9 pounds! I feel better, look better and can honestly say that my pull-ups have already gotten easier! I was starting to get a little burnt out on the shakes, but now my motivation is right back to where it started, can’t wait to see what the next few weeks bring!
