1st day of my velocity diet

starting my velocity diet today, on wednesday, 18th of november.
got my early breakfast done and weighing, trying to get my mesurements in later .
i was thinking , should still do my 1st day mondays workout or just do wednesdays,?
and end it with monday one.

Just my opinion, I don’t think it matters. If you want to start 1st day today, your body doesn’t know the difference. Whatever is easier for your schedule. The most important thing is consistency.
